I am so happy to say that I Am Back Again. Many of you have wondered where I’ve gone because I haven’t been posting or videotaping for awhile.
Thank you so much for hanging in there with me during these past few years.
Here’s the short version of what happened:
Two years ago, my husband became deathly ill. He had gone to the hospital for shortness of breath. Three days in the hospital and then home……but sicker than when he went in. He was tired and fatigued and said he even felt as though he was dying. Oh my! I might add here that the doctor also led me to believe he was dying.
The entire family came; it was only a matter of time. For four days there was a hushed silence in our home as people came and went and as we sat around his bedside. And then, on the 4th day, the miraculous happened. He woke up and was hungry. Now here’s a guy who doesn’t like to eat. But nearly dying made him hungry.
It’s taken him more than two years to somewhat recover and I am happy to report that he is on the mend.
That said, I am eager and excited to be returning to my blog and recipes. As with Bill’s rebirth, I feel like my passion for sharing my recipes has been reborn as well. I’ve been busy for the past many months rebranding the website. I hope you like its new look and welcome your thoughts and ideas.
