Ingredients
1canpumpkin puree
2ripe or frozen bananas
1/2 to 3/4cupof water depending on thickness you like
1/2teaspoonginger
1teaspooncinnamon
1/4teaspoonsalt
1teaspoonpure vanilla extract
3packets of Xilitol sweetener
Instructions
Blend the first 8 ingredients for about a minute. Pour into bowls and top with your favorite toppings
These are the toppings I used
Dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, 3 or 4 pecans, and chia seeds. Add fresh fruits also as desired
