Creamy Romaine Smoothie

This light green is a good starter smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of cold water
  • 2 large bunches Romaine lettuce
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 3 peaches
  • 2 heaping tablespoons flax meal
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 1/2 cups water

Instructions

  • Add water, fruit, flax meal, nutmeg and Romaine lettuce last. Blend all together until smooth and creamy, about 45 seconds to 1 minute. Enjoy!
