Creamy Romaine Smoothie
This light green is a good starter smoothie
- 1 cup of cold water
- 2 large bunches Romaine lettuce
- 2 frozen bananas
- 3 peaches
- 2 heaping tablespoons flax meal
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 1/2 cups water
Add water, fruit, flax meal, nutmeg and Romaine lettuce last. Blend all together until smooth and creamy, about 45 seconds to 1 minute. Enjoy!
