Muesli Oat Breakfast Bowl

A simple, hearty and easy breakfast. Just ADD THE MILK, and you're good to go. by Carol Fitzgerald


  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup raisins or dried cranberries
  • 3/4 cup raw walnuts, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon raw sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoon raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg


  • Place all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well and scoop into a plastic container. Use as needed. Store in refrigerator or pantry and use within one week
