There’s something about poppy seeds. Must be the crunch. I love a good poppy seed cake. And I love this Oil-Free Poppy Seed Salad Dressing on my greens. And knowing it is oil-free makes it even more appealing to me.
Oil Free Poppy Seed Salad Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 Mango cut up
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 Onion, cut up
- 1 avocado (to replace the oil)
- 1 teaspoon White vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Apple cider vinegar
- A quick squirt of Agave Sweetener
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Mustard seed
- 1/4 teaspoon Cloves
- 1 tablespoon Poppy seeds
Instructions
- Blend everything in blender except the poppy seeds. Stir those in by hand after everything else is blended. Refrigerate in covered jar.
