Vegan Sweet-Sour Dressing can go on any of your vegan salads. It’s a very old dressing recipe that we made quite often when I was first married. It comes from my dear mother-in-law, Grace Fitzgerald, God rest her soul.
This is one of those dressings, lovely, sweet, and sour all together, that will leave you hungering for more. Everyone in the family and those who weren’t in the family loved it. It goes together easily and it’s quick to make.
I usually like my salads drenched in dressing. It’s the best part of the salad. But with all this oil, I wouldn’t recommend it.
Take note: It does contain oil. It was before I removed oil from my diet. So if you are completely oil-free, this will not be for you. If not, it’s delicious.
