Cinnamon Kale Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Kale
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 fresh, ripe peaches
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • A few raw walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons flax meal
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  • Add water, fruit and then the greens. Blend well.
