Vegan Caesar Salad
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 2 cloves fresh garlic
- 2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/3 cup Nutritional yeast
- Freshly ground black pepper
Mix all ingredients in blender and pour over Romaine lettuce.
