Barley & Lentil Burgers
Ingredients
1/2 cup cooked barley
1/2 cup cooked lentils
1 cup sauteed fresh mushrooms, finely diced
1/2 cup raw cashews, processed
1/2 cup sweet onions, finely diced
1 garlic clove, finely minced
1 teaspoon sea salt
Black Pepper
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together and saute in a bit of oil until brown. Serve on hamburger buns with lettuce, onion, tomato, pickle and ketchup.
