Barley & Lentil Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cooked barley
  • 1/2 cup cooked lentils
  • 1 cup sauteed fresh mushrooms, finely diced
  • 1/2 cup raw cashews, processed
  • 1/2 cup sweet onions, finely diced
  • 1 garlic clove, finely minced
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together and saute in a bit of oil until brown. Serve on hamburger buns with lettuce, onion, tomato, pickle and ketchup.
