Barley & Lentil Burgers
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cooked barley
- 1/2 cup cooked lentils
- 1 cup sauteed fresh mushrooms, finely diced
- 1/2 cup raw cashews, processed
- 1/2 cup sweet onions, finely diced
- 1 garlic clove, finely minced
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- Black Pepper
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together and saute in a bit of oil until brown. Serve on hamburger buns with lettuce, onion, tomato, pickle and ketchup.
