Rainbow Chard Mango Velvet Smoothie

This is lovely, really. Very smooth going down. I do not like bitter, but this is just the right taste of bitter. A hint of the sweet mango and cinnamon make it the perfect complement of ingredients. And, of course, the walnuts give you the very necessary Omega 3 fats.

Chickpea Curry Dip Recipe

Step 1

Rinse and drain chickpeas.

Step 2

Process chickpeas in your food processor or coarsely mash them with a large fork.

Step 3

Mix the vegan mayonnaise with the curry powder.

Brown Rice Recipe

This Brown Rice Recipe is an easy vegan rice recipe and one I think you might make often as part of your plant-based meals. I suppose you could make plain brown rice, but this one has so much more character.

The rice mixture makes 8 (1 cup) servings.

Mushroom Curry Rice Dish

Step 1

Brown mushrooms in 2 tablespoons oil. Set aside

Step 2

Saute onion in 2 tablespoons oil until cooked but not brown. Add curry powder, chutney, vegetable broth and tomato paste. Cook 10 minutes. Set aside to cool.
