Barley & Lentil Burgers
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together and saute in a bit of oil until brown. Serve on hamburger buns with lettuce, onion, tomato, pickle and ketchup.
Whole Grain Burger Patty

Pour 3/4 cup of boiling water over 1/2 cup bulgur and let sit for 30 minutes. In the meantime, cook the brown rice and while the bulgur is cooking in the boiling water and the brown rice is cooking, go ahead and assemble the rest of the ingredients, mixing well.
Taffy Apple Eighths
One fine fall day, friends invited us to lunch at their Circle T, a small ranch in Illinois. For dessert, Kathie set down a place of apple-eighths, along with a bowl of melted caramels and another bowl of ground nuts. Each guest speared their own apple-eighth, dipped it into the caramel and then into the ground nuts. Voila! Instant taffy apple bites.
Banana Split Dream
Step 1
Mix the following ingredients together until well moistened. Reserve 1/2 cup of this mixture for the topping. 1 1/2 cups organic vegan graham crackers rolled into crumbs; 6 tablespoons vegan butter, melted; 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon; 1/4 cup Agave sweetener; 3/4 cusps pecans, chopped
Baked Apples
Step 1
Wash and core 4 large Rome Beauty or Pink Crisp Apples
Step 2
In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.
Step 3
Stuff the core of each apple with this mixture; push it to the bottom. Add 3 – 4 tablespoons water to the bottom of a baking pan.
Apple Orchard Delight
Step 1
Cream butter and sugar in mixer. Add egg replacer and beat well. Sift flour and dry ingredients, then add to egg mixture. Add vanilla, nuts, apples, pineapple and coconut. Mix well.
Step 2
Transfer the mixture to a greased and floured, 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Bake at 350 for 45 – 50 or until tested done.
