Vegan Blueberry Cobbler
For me, Blueberry Cobbler was the hit of the evening.
We were invited to the home of our friends, Kathleen and Dave, for dinner one evening. Eight people were going to be there and I, the only vegan! Kathleen was pondering over not only what to make for them, but also what vegan for me.
Creamy Romaine Smoothie
Step 1
Add water, fruit, flax meal, nutmeg and Romaine lettuce last. Blend all together until smooth and creamy, about 45 seconds to 1 minute. Enjoy!
Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
If you like Pumpkin Pie, I’m quite sure you’ll like this Pumpkin Pie Smoothie. I got the idea from a Pumpkin Pie Smoothie on VegWeb, except that this one is completely different.
I can tell you I was quite wary to try it. I really didn’t want to dump an entire blender of a smoothie gone wrong. But I steeled myself and tried it anyway.
Red Leaf Lettuce Smoothie
This lettuce is mild and the bananas and mango give it a good thumbs up. I have been taking smoothies to one of my sons who hasn’t been feeling well and he loves them.
Orange Collard Smoothie
Step 1
Add the orange juice first, then the fruit, then the greens. Another very palatable way to consume your greens for optimum nutrition. Blend well.

Add water, fruit and then the greens. Blend well.
